OEM Data Delivery Product Manager Jay Monahan knows what it takes to solve problems. About 13 years ago, a customer asked OEM to help them manage their data. The company employed a full-time worker to decipher and track employees' scribbled hours and equipment information.

"When you can solve an issue a customer has been trying to solve for years, that's ultimate satisfaction, Monahan said. "A construction job site, when working properly, is like music. It's a beautiful thing."

Monahan and the rest of the OEM team are glad to be a part of tracking, capturing and delivering data to improve the operations and conducting at customers' work sites. Through the use of OEM Data Delivery's many tools, job sites can turn into sweeter symphonies with an optimal mix of instruments and players.
